What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor production/packaging machinery according to Product Start Up SOPs
- Perform changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to keep lines running
- Conduct quality checks throughout production runs and document results accurately
- Follow all GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements
- Complete production paperwork, batch records, and equipment logs
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Support other production tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience (food/beverage manufacturing a plus)
- Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
