Porter/Supply truck receiver

We're hiring a Porter ! The Porter is responsible for supporting the bakery production process by making sure that the production line is clean and maintains an appropriate level of stock during production. Other duties will include: Breakdown and sanitation of production equipment Daily and downtime sanitation Use approved chemicals to sanitize areas Use high pressure and high-volume water hoses to clean surfaces Follow company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices Keeping and maintaining re-stock production stations with ingredients necessary for processing (Chocolate, glaze, sprinkles, and icing) Receiving supply truck a few times a week and putting away product/goods- with FIFO system in place Performing daily temperature checks in coolers, freezers as needed Daily stocking of products/goods The work conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
