Account Executive
LMG is seeking an Account Executive to support live event productions at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, FL. This role is focused on developing client relationships, building event solutions, and delivering exceptional audiovisual experiences for corporate meetings, conventions, and large-scale productions.

As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing event planning, proposal development, and technical coordination from concept through execution.
Build strong client relationships while understanding event goals, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements
Develop and review proposals, quotes, and event documentation for client presentations
Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction
Conduct venue walkthroughs, assess technical requirements, and coordinate production logistics
Manage contracts, deposits, invoicing details, and billing documentation
Partner with logistics and technical teams to confirm equipment availability and event readiness
Review event details and warehouse preparation to ensure complete and accurate execution
Work closely with operations, technical services, show services, and accounting teams
Provide creative and technical recommendations that align with client expectations and event objectives
Support client debriefs, feedback discussions, and future business opportunities
Experience in account management, sales, live events, audiovisual production, or related industries
Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Technical understanding of audiovisual equipment and event production workflows preferred
Experience working with event logistics, labor coordination, and production planning preferred
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work across multiple departments
Passion for live events, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences
