Job Description

Role: Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Maryland, Bethesda, USA.

Reporting to: Associate Vice President.

Role Summary

Lead end to end testing delivery for the account while serving as the primary onsite partner to Customer business technology testing and program leadership Responsible for delivery governance stakeholder engagement transformation leadership operational excellence and business outcomes across the testing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Own successful delivery of testing services across programs releases and product portfolios.
\n
• Govern quality schedule risk dependencies and release readiness.
\n
• Drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement across testing functions.
\n
• Ensure alignment to agreed SLAs KPIs and contractual commitments.
\n

Client Stakeholder Management

\n
• Act as a trusted advisor to Customer testing program and technology leadership
\n
• Build strong relationships with the business stakeholders
\n
• Lead executive governance reviews steering committees and operational reviews
\n
• Manage critical escalations and drive timely resolution.
\n

Transformation Quality Engineering

\n
• Lead adoption of TCoE standards governance and operating model changes
\n
• Drive automation first AI enabled testing shift left and continuous testing practices
\n
• Champion quality engineering transformation initiatives across the portfolio
\n
• Influence testing strategy and roadmap decisions.
\n

Commercial Portfolio Governance

\n
• Own portfolio health financial performance and delivery commitments
\n
• Support account growth solutioning and strategic initiatives
\n
• Drive productivity efficiency and value realization targets
\n
• Govern supplier performance and cross vendor collaboration
\n

Experience Skills

\n
• 20 years in Quality Engineering Testing and Technology Delivery
\n
• Experience leading large enterprise testing engagements
\n
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance skills
\n
• Experience driving testing transformation and quality engineering initiatives
\n
• Strong commercial financial and delivery management capabilities.
\n
