Synergy Labor Solutions is hiring 2 local Millwright Helpers for a long-term industrial machinery installation project in Heflin, Alabama.

POSITION DETAILS

• Pay: $25.00
• Location: Heflin, AL 36264
• Openings: 2
• Start Date: Monday, October 26, 2026
• Start Time: 6:45 AM
• Duration: Approximately 5 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 10 hours daily; shorter shifts typically scheduled Saturdays
• Local position – No per diem

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist experienced millwrights with industrial machinery installation and relocation
• Help dismantle, move, and reinstall existing production equipment
• Assist with unloading, positioning, and assembling new machinery
• Support equipment alignment, leveling, and general mechanical installation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

REQUIREMENTS

• OSHA 10 Construction certification required
• Industrial construction, mechanical installation, or millwright helper experience preferred
• Experience with forklift, boom lift, or Versa Lift equipment
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
• Must have appropriate PPE and wear red shirts, hoodies, or outerwear onsite
• Dependable and available for the full project schedule
