Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care

Role Overview Our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) deliver high-quality care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) undergoing dialysis. Key Responsibilities Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments Measure and record vital statistics Initiate cannulation Observe patient condition Set up hemodialysis machines Develop meaningful relationships to enhance patient quality of life Qualifications and Skills High School diploma or equivalent Passion for patient care Comfort around blood and needles Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or relevant state-approved body BLS/CPR certification required for experienced PCTs Additional Information Competitive pay ($19-$26/hour) Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and healthcare Opportunities for career growth Values emphasize integrity, compassion, accountability, results, and teamwork.
