As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for operating the department profitably by controlling costs, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records. The Service Manager is also responsible for building a loyal clientele and maintaining good employee relations. At Faulkner, we want every single one of our customers to leave satisfied.
