Seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the bulk liquid storage and logistics sector. This role is responsible for the full sales lifecycle- from proactive business development and market intelligence gathering to high-level contract negotiation and long-term account management.

responsibilities:
- Proactively pursue and secure new commercial opportunities for bulk liquid storage and intermodal terminaling services across Houston and Charleston
- Draft proposals, structure commercial terms, and finalize complex storage and terminaling agreements while ensuring legal and operational alignment
- Manage ongoing customer relations, conduct regular client performance reviews, and directly address and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Gather local market intelligence to help shape proactive marketing strategies and provide regular sales pipeline and activity reports to leadership
- Collaborate with internal oprational teams to ensure contract compliance, coordinate technical details, and assist in the collection of outstanding revenues
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: No Degree Required
