Dedicated On-Site BCBA Support – Work alongside an on-site BCBA whoprovidesreal-time clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in your role and grow professionally. Position Details Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs Hours are not guaranteed Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check RBT Career Path Program A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally. Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level RBT Level 1 — $22.50 RBT Level 2 — $23.00 RBT Level 3 — $23.50 RBT Level 4 — $24.00 Lead RBT — $24.50 Our RBT Career Path is designed to provide ongoing opportunities for professional growth, development, and increased compensation As RBTs progress through each level, they have the opportunity to receive pay increases based on tenure, performance, skill development, and advancement within the career path . Every 90 days, RBTs may have the opportunity to advance to the next level by meeting the required qualifications, demonstrating the appropriate skills, and consistently meeting performance expectations.
