Key Responsibilities\nAs an LMFT at Fort Behavioral Person-centered Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with client-specific goals and preferences. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment. \n
- Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies. \n
- Monitoring client progress through regular assessments and adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs. \n
- Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients. \n
- Staying current with research and practices in mental health to enhance treatment methodologies and outcomes. \n
- Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical standards. \n
- Participating actively in team meetings and case consultations to foster professional development and shared learning. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
