Overview Warehouse Manager – Automotive Manufacturer in Monroeville, OH. Full-Time, Manufacturing / Automotive. Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year. Our Monroeville, OH area facility supports leading OEMs with advanced manufacturing solutions, and we are seeking a driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and team. Role Overview As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, materials flow, and team leadership. You will play a critical role in ensuring on-time production support, accuracy of material handling, and continuous improvement of processes to meet customer and plant needs. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, material handling, and inventory accuracy. Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring safety and efficiency. Collaborate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow. Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools. Monitor KPIs for warehouse performance, cost savings, and on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of warehouse or materials management experience, preferably in automotive or high-volume manufacturing. Strong leadership and team development skills. Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven track record in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining accuracy in warehouse operations. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
