In this role, you’ll focus on strengthening data loss prevention (DLP) capabilities to protect sensitive data exfiltration using leading DLP tools and modern security practices—including emerging AI risk controls. Core / Essential Skills 3 years of experience with any DLP tools and DSPM (data security posture management) and experience implementing and managing DLP solutions to protect data in motion, at rest, and in use across enterprise environments (tools: Netskope, Proofpoint, MS Purview). 3+ years in PowerShell scripting and programming; experience creating and maintaining automation scripts and tools to streamline security operations and data protection processes. 3+ years experience with MS Power Tools (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) and other Microsoft tools; leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to build automated workflows and enhance security and compliance operations. 1‑2 years with AI security and understanding of data exposure risks in AI workflows; design and enforce security controls to mitigate risks associated with AI systems, models, and data usage. Foundational knowledge of AI fundamentals. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage DLP solutions (e.g., DIM, DAR, DAE) across the enterprise. Develop and maintain automation scripts primarily in PowerShell. Design and enforce security controls to mitigate risks associated with AI systems, models, and data usage. Apply AI/ML concepts to support secure and compliant AI implementations. Use Microsoft Power tools and automation to build workflows that enhance security and compliance operations. Additional Information Monitors, restores service, and handles day‑to‑day 24/7 activity required to run mission critical information security systems. Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Anticipates and reduces complexity for others. Prepares and delivers presentations for senior management. Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs. Develops and documents procedures and processes in conformance with industry best practices and bank regulations, policies, and standards. Leads the preparation of end‑user reference materials. Gathers requirements and documents them for audits, reports, and projects. Acts in a larger project planning capacity, auditing the quality of reports submitted by analysts and providing coaching and support. Performs governance and oversight, producing and reviewing reports to ensure completeness and compliance with applicable standards. Monitors and maintains security tools and applications. Creates activity reports for security tools and applications. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver business objectives and support operational information security activities. Develops an understanding of organizational interactions and complexity to engage with appropriate matrix areas. Handles service requests, transactions, and queries within relevant service level agreements. Coordinates and facilitates incident management activities, including deploying changes to the production environment and engaging third‑party providers during an incident. Recommends approaches to streamline and integrate security processes and systems while considering security methodology to improve overall efficiency. Provides technical information security subject‑matter expertise. Identifies opportunities to strengthen the information security organization, such as sharing expertise to promote technical development and mentoring employees. Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through professional associations, practice communities, and individual learning. Ensures consistent, high‑quality practices and achievement of business results in alignment with business/group strategies and productivity goals. Focuses primarily on a business/group within the bank, with potential broader enterprise‑wide focus. Provides specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Works independently and handles non‑routine situations regularly. May be assigned broader work or accountabilities as needed. Applies the bank’s Risk Management Framework to take measured risks while protecting assets and adhering to policy, laws, and regulations. Qualifications Typically between 4‑7 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree in business, computer science, or related field. Has at least one information security certification (e.g., (ISC)², ISACA, SANS). Understanding and problem‑solving ability of information security issues within the business group, appreciating the scope of complexity that exists in the operating environment. Experience in information security or related areas such as identity & access management, IT operations, certification & key management, security platform administration, and incident response. Partnering, communication, and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with technology and business partners. Knowledge of information security support and operations concepts, practices, and technology. Knowledge of information security processes, procedures, and controls. Knowledge of technical and business environment and corporate processes. Understanding of information security risk and regulatory requirements.
