What You’ll DoAs an Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in connecting with our customers and ensuring their needs are met with speed and precision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Support : Assist with inside sales activities, including processing orders, answering inquiries, and following up on leads.
- Problem-Solving : Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaboration : Work closely with our sales, production, and service teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient support.
- Product Knowledge : Stay up to date on our equipment to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
We’re seeking a motivated individual who brings:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or a related role.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to connect with customers effectively.
- Problem-Solving Ability : A knack for identifying issues and finding creative solutions.
