Become part of our great team as a Press Operator - Injection. The press operator - injection sets up and operates injection molding presses to convert uncured strips of rubber into cured parts. This role will be for 2nd shift production. Primary Responsibilities Follows and signs work orders If required, completes work order changes Follows engineering instructions to complete process studies, pilot productions, and first articles Follows safety rules The Press Operator may perform any of the following operations Sets up an injection molding press Molds parts using an injection molding press Changes molding conditions if required Returns unused compounded material to mixing department Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience Manufacturing experience preferred but may consider other backgrounds for entry level position Must have strong work ethic, professional attitude, be detail oriented as well as reliable This position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
