Registered Dietitian - Healthcare & Senior Living

Elior is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to support our hospitality-focused dining programs in healthcare, senior living, and other client settings. The RD will deliver individualized nutrition assessments, care plans, and counseling while collaborating with culinary and operations teams to design menus that meet clinical, regulatory, and cultural needs. Responsibilities include monitoring nutritional outcomes, documenting care, supporting food safety and accreditation standards, and providing education to clients, residents, and staff.
