ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of four who are focused on building a strong, team-first culture. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the kind of office I wanted to create.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree and was a college athlete, so competition and teamwork have always been a big part of my life. I have two kids and stay heavily involved in sports activities, which keeps our family active and connected.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jenny Roberts - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
