Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Soldotna & Homer, Alaska Kenai Peninsula Mental Health is looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers for outpatient private practices in Soldotna and Homer, Alaska. What Work Looks Like Outpatient mental health role with clients across age groups presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. Primary clinical work: client sessions, documentation, scheduling, ensuring a dedicated space. Administrative staff handle billing, insurance, new‑client onboarding. Collaborate with counselors, therapists, social workers, and psychiatric providers in an environment that values clear communication and high clinical standards. Consultation and collaboration are encouraged. Use a modern, cloud‑based EHR system that is HIPAA compliant, efficient, and user‑friendly. Documentation is expected to be completed the same day, allowing clinicians to leave work at work. Qualifications and Expectations We seek thoughtful, licensed clinical social workers who: Hold a valid LCSW license and are in good standing. Are comfortable working across age groups and with a variety of concerns. Complete documentation responsibly and on time. Treat clients and colleagues with professionalism and respect. Show accountability, consistency, and openness to feedback. Compensation, Perks, & Benefits Annual salary range: $110,000 – $165,000, commensurate with licensure, experience, and caseload.
