Property Manager
Salary: $52,000 – $68,000 + Bonus Potential
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for creating exceptional communities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Property Manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding resident experiences while driving operational success.

What You’ll Do
As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the community by:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests
• Driving and maintaining high occupancy levels
• Managing rent collections and following up on delinquencies
• Conducting daily property walks to ensure standards are met
• Overseeing and managing the property budget to maximize profitability
• Responding to after-hours emergencies when necessary
• Planning and hosting engaging resident events quarterly
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Ensuring office operations and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Promptly following up with prospects and applicants
• Ensuring full compliance with Fair Housing laws and local/state regulations
• Supporting company goals, values, and community initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience (property management preferred)
• 3+ years of strong customer service experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams and vendors
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to be active throughout the day (walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• A self-starter who is detail-oriented and takes initiative.
