Salary: $52,000 – $68,000 + Bonus Potential
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for creating exceptional communities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Property Manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding resident experiences while driving operational success.
As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the community by:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests
- Driving and maintaining high occupancy levels
- Managing rent collections and following up on delinquencies
- Conducting daily property walks to ensure standards are met
- Overseeing and managing the property budget to maximize profitability
- Responding to after-hours emergencies when necessary
- Planning and hosting engaging resident events quarterly
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Ensuring office operations and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Promptly following up with prospects and applicants
- Ensuring full compliance with Fair Housing laws and local/state regulations
- Supporting company goals, values, and community initiatives
- 3+ years of management experience (property management preferred)
- 3+ years of strong customer service experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams and vendors
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to be active throughout the day (walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- A self-starter who is detail-oriented and takes initiative.
