Role Overview We are seeking a Wholesale Insurance Broker to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate has experience as a Junior Broker or Inside Broker at a national brokerage firm and is eager to leverage AI‑driven tools to streamline the wholesale insurance process. This is a high‑impact, growth‑oriented role offering a competitive compensation structure and a chance to be at the forefront of innovation in the industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with retail brokers to drive new business opportunities. Utilize our AI‑powered platform to evaluate risks, structure coverage, and negotiate competitive terms with carriers. Collaborate with underwriting teams to secure optimal placements for complex risks. Stay updated on market trends, emerging risks, and industry developments. Provide exceptional client service by offering strategic risk solutions and proactive communication. Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to business growth and innovation strategies. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Junior Broker or Inside Broker at a national brokerage firm. Strong knowledge of wholesale insurance markets and risk placement strategies. Ability to analyze risk, negotiate coverage terms, and close deals efficiently. Tech‑savvy mindset with a willingness to leverage AI‑driven tools for enhanced decision‑making.
