Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with installing electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, panels, and equipment.
- Pull wire, bend conduit, and install electrical components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with repairs and maintenance.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
- Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete tasks as directed while learning trade skills from experienced electricians.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or electrical experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand and power tools.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights when necessary.
