Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership and manage front-of-house operations during shifts
- Maintain Mellow Mushroom brand standards and ensure a safe restaurant environment
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with scheduling and shift coordination as needed
