Overview At Shoe Palace, we sell athletic footwear and apparel. This role focuses on leading a retail team to provide the best customer experience. Responsibilities Assist the store manager in ensuring operations run smoothly at a high level. Take ownership while managing the location. Evaluate employee performance and coach to improve. Make sure customers receive an exceptional experience. Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. Keep the store clean, neat, and organized. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old. Open availability during weekends. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields. Dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills. Self‑motivated, driven, and a strong communicator. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to engage with all customers. Experience selling athletic shoes (preferred). Experience working in a growing company (preferred). Experience Requirements 4 years in Customer Service (preferred). 1 year in Management (preferred). 3 years as Cashier. Compensation Pay Range: $16.00 – $16.00 per hour.
