About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Independent Life Insurance Sales Agents . This is a 1099 opportunity for individuals interested in helping clients evaluate life insurance options while building their own independent sales business.

You will work with prospective clients, understand their needs, present available life insurance solutions, and assist qualified clients through the application process.

What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective clients who have expressed interest in life insurance.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand clients' goals and coverage needs.
• Explain available life insurance products and coverage options.
• Help clients evaluate solutions based on their individual circumstances.
• Complete applications accurately and professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable insurance regulations and company policies.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation . There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, successful sales, product availability, market conditions, and other factors.

Requirements

• Must meet applicable state requirements to sell life insurance.
• Must obtain and maintain the required insurance license(s) before conducting activities that require licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone and/or video.
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach.
• Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required.
