Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text messaging as appropriate. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes. Update and manage customer information within the agency management system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the agency professionally. Follow all company policies, insurance regulations, and telemarketing compliance requirements. Requirements Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
