Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced career coaching and consulting company. This role serves as the backbone of the organization, ensuring smooth internal workflows, exceptional client experiences, and seamless coordination across leadership, coaching, sales, and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a versatile role, is comfortable wearing many hats, and can adapt quickly in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and coordinate consultation calls for prospective clients
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the coaching process
  • Manage and own the onboarding process for new clients
  • Coordinate scheduling logistics for coaches, executives, and clients across multiple time zones
  • Handle high-volume email communication with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Resolve client concerns and operational issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain a high-touch, premium client experience
  • Calculate commissions and support operational payroll processes
  • Coordinate communication between leadership and staff
  • Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented team culture
  • Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in the role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications

You will be initially interviewed by the current Operations leader who has been a vital part of our business for three years. If hired you will be working with a staff of 11 extraordinary professionals including career coaches, sales associates, resume writers etc. You will report directly to the company Founder and President. There is exceptional growth opportunity in this role. It does require in office work in Charlotte NC and is not a remote role . Please do not apply if you are only interested in a remote position.
