Summary : Clear tables in the restaurant when guests finish dining and ready it for the next guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Clear dirty dishes into bus tubs and take to the dish room.
2. Assist cashier/hosts in other duties such as keeping the restaurant clean and rolling silverware.
3. Wipe down chair legs, sweep and mop server stations.
4. Assist cashier/hosts/servers in refilling salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard, etc on tables daily.
5. Take trash out daily.

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Must be willing to work at various tempos, frequently as rapidly as possible amid distractions, while maintaining a friendly and helpful manner toward guests and coworkers.

Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma or GED preferred.
