Your expertise in applying laminate, cutting components, and operating fabrication machinery will be crucial in producing exquisite cabinetry that enhances clients' spaces.

$25 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Craft custom cabinetry and millwork with precision, ensuring each piece aligns with our high standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to interpret blueprints and bring innovative designs to life.
• Operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble components.
• Apply laminate and other finishes with attention to detail, enhancing the aesthetic and durability of each product.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met consistently.

Qualifications:

Hard skills

• Blueprint, shop drawing, and architectural set interpretation
• Cabinet and millwork fabrication machinery operation
• Precision cutting to exact dimensions
• Fractional math and geometric angle calculation
• Laminate application technique

Soft skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently or as part of a shop team
• Time management across multiple fabrication projects
• Physical stamina for shop-floor work
• Clear communication with team members and supervisors

Required:  2–5 years of experience in cabinetry or carpentry

Preferred:  Construction, trim, or installation experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery in a fabrication shop setting
• Repetitive lifting, cutting, and material handling throughout each shift
• Lifting materials and finished cabinetry up to 75 lbs or more
• Personal protective equipment required in the shop
• Minimal travel expected
