Pathology Physician - Full-Time Opportunity in Charleston, WV

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (day shift), no call
Hours per week: 40
Employment Type: Contract
License/Certifications: Medical license in WV or willingness to obtain
Experience: Prior pathology experience required

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $253.50/hour

What You'll Do:

Analyze approximately 140 cases daily, including frozen specimens and fine-needle aspirates (FNA)
Review various pathology specimens with no autopsy involved
Perform diagnostic evaluations in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with medical team members to deliver accurate diagnoses
Maintain compliance with all legal and safety standards
Document findings thoroughly in accordance with facility protocols

What You Need:

Medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in West Virginia
Proven experience in pathology, including work with frozen sections and FNA procedures
Strong analytical and communication skills
Commitment to quality patient care and precise diagnostics
