Occupational Therapist | Simi Valley, CA

Help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in a community surrounded by the beauty of Southern California. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated healthcare team in Simi Valley, CA.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily functioning

• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based occupational therapy techniques

• Support patients in restoring physical, social, and mental abilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and support staff as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required

• CPR/BLS certification required

• Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred

• Strong communication, patient care, and clinical assessment skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment
