Customer Service & Collections Representative $15.50/hr. Starting Pay + Commission Day shift schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no nights or weekends!) - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
- Engage with customers to resolve account issues, collect payments, and offer solutions
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
- Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, collections, and/or customer service preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Reliable, positive, and ready to grow with us
- $15.50/hr. starting pay + competitive commission structure
