Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice After Hours

About the Role Join our team as an After‑Hours Hospice RN. We know work/life balance should be a top priority for all our nurses. As a registered nurse, you’ll be a voice for your patients, all while communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care—the patient, the patient’s family, and the hospice care team. You’ll serve as the patient advocate ensuring every patient receives quality care. After‑Hours Hospice RNs are salaried full‑time positions covering on call from 5 pm on Friday to 8 am Monday morning. You will be fully supported by our 24/7 RN‑staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team.
