Shift: 3x12s Nights (7pm-7:30am)

Requirement Description:

• Must have a minimum of 24 months ICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
• No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
• Candidate drivers license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
• Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Active license to practiceverified in last 30 days [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active ACLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active BLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Driver's License [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
