Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to accurately understand their challenges and needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clientele faces a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as trauma and personality disorders. Your ability to connect with these individuals and foster therapeutic relationships will be crucial to their healing and progress.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology, or an equivalent doctoral degree.

• Exhibit exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the development of strong rapport with clients.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively support and understand the needs of diverse populations.

• Possess strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
