Non-Clinical Hospice Liaison / Sales position

Position: Non-Clinical Hospice Liaison / Sales Job Overview Our VA client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join theas a Non-Clinical Hospice Liaison / Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities and providers to promote our hospice services. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hospice referrals and admissions Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other referral sources Educate potential referral sources on the benefits of hospice care and the services offered by our company Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition for patients from the referral source to our hospice services Attend networking events and conferences to promote our company and build relationships with potential referral sources Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and outcomes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business. Marketing or related field 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, hospice or home health strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals Knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines preferred Must be able to travel within the designated sales territory #J-18808-Ljbffr Newbridge Recruiting Group LLC
