Evaluate assigned cases for prosecutorial merit and possible plea negotiations. Research and write legal motions. Competently, expeditiously and professionally handle all assigned court appearances. Prepare and conduct jury trials. Continually develop, maintain and improve all skills necessary to perform daily prosecutorial duties. Admitted to and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association. Must have knowledge and experience with courtroom trial and procedures related to criminal law. Minimum 2 years of prosecution experience required.
