About the Opportunity

Globe Life Family Heritage Division is expanding, and we are looking for motivated, career-minded individuals to join our outside sales team.

This is an in-person, field-based business-to-business sales position working with local businesses and their employees. Our representatives help businesses provide voluntary supplemental benefits designed to protect employees and their families from the financial impact of unexpected accidents and illnesses.

Previous sales or insurance experience is not required. We provide professional training, field mentorship, and ongoing development designed to help new representatives build the skills necessary to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business within a local territory
• Meet with local business owners and decision-makers
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses and their employees
• Conduct face-to-face benefit presentations and enrollments
• Educate clients on voluntary supplemental benefit options
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
• Follow up with prospective and existing accounts
• Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training

Licensing

Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000+ annual earning potential

This opportunity offers performance-based compensation including commissions, bonuses, incentives, and residual income opportunities. There is no predetermined cap on earning potential.
