Senior Electrical Sustaining Engineer

Buscamos un Senior Electrical Sustaining Engineer para participar en la ingeniería de sostenimiento de sistemas de bombas de infusión. Será responsable de brindar soporte técnico a productos existentes, colaborar en mejoras de diseño, resolver problemas de manufactura y trabajar junto a equipos de Calidad, Manufactura, Regulatory Affairs e I+D.
- Título universitario en Electrical Engineering o Computer Engineering .
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en Ingeniería Eléctrica.
- Experiencia como Individual Contributor en R&D o Sustaining Engineering.
- Conocimientos en electrónica y sistemas embebidos.
- Experiencia en:
- Diseño de PCB.
- SOM.
- Software embebido.
- Herramientas de prueba HW/SW.
- Experiencia en documentación técnica, protocolos de ensayo y control documental.
- Conocimientos en CAPA, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone, 5 Whys y Design for Manufacturing.

- Experiencia en Medical Devices.
- También se consideran perfiles provenientes de industrias altamente reguladas como automotriz, aeroespacial, espacial y robótica.
- Salario: USD 90.000 a 120.000 anuales (negociable según experiencia).
- Modalidad híbrida (3 días presenciales / lunes y viernes remoto).
- Contratación efectiva.
- 3 semanas de vacaciones.
- Licencia por enfermedad sin descontar vacaciones.
- Cobertura médica, odontológica y de visión desde el primer día.
- FSA.
- Plan 401(k) con aporte patronal del 3% y vesting inmediato.
