Senior Master Ford Technician (Flat Rate)

Our Master Technicians work onsite and report to the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid technologies
• Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
• Complete all work in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer requirements
• Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly
• Document diagnostics, repair procedures, and labor operations
• Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians when needed
• Maintain required tools and a safe, organized work environment

What You'll Bring?

• Current Ford Senior Master Certification
• Ford dealership service experience
• Diagnostic and repair expertise
• Experience with Ford systems, technology, and repair procedures
• Familiar with flat-rate productivity goals
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• ASE Certifications
• 4 or more years advanced electrical diagnostics
• 3 or more years advanced hybrid, EV, and ADAS systems
