Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and deliver direct nursing care on a 16-bed Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Provide continuous bladder irrigation (CBI), wound management, and catheter care
• Support orthopedic patient populations as needed
• Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC
• Float to the telemetry unit on an as-needed basis

Required Qualifications

• Active West Virginia RN license or valid Compact State RN license
• BLS certification (must be current and unexpired)
• EPIC experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with orthopedic patient care
• Experience with wound management and catheter care procedures
