Yard Hand to support daily yard operations. This position is responsible for loading and unloading materials, organizing pipe and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with the movement and inspection of oilfield products.

Yard Hand Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned to support yard operations and site maintenance.
• Load, unload, and move materials manually and using various material handling equipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments and organizing inventory within the yard.
• Operate material handling equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the yard.

Yard Hand Qualifications:

• Candidates must be able to meet the following physical demands for the duration of a 12-hour shift:*
• Frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
• Work Environment: This position requires working primarily outdoors and involves continuous exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and dust.
• Proven experience as a General Laborer or Material Handler
• Basic understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
