Do you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment? Join our Gift Shop team and help create a great experience for every guest who visits The Point Casino & Hotel.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests with friendly, outstanding customer service
Assist guests in finding merchandise and answering questions
Process purchases using our point-of-sale system
Stock shelves and keep displays organized and attractive
Receive and organize inventory
Help promote casino events, promotions, and Players Club information
Keep the gift shop clean, organized, and fully stocked

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Comfortable working with guests in a fast-paced environment
Retail or cash handling experience is a plus
Basic computer skills
Team player with strong communication skills

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to obtain the required gaming licenses
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
