What You'll Be Building

Our projects range from $3M-$10M commercial builds , including:

? Schools.

? Municipal buildings.

? Office spaces.

? Mixed-use developments.

? Gas stations.

? Fast-food restaurants.

? Commercial upfits and renovations.

What You'll Do

As a Carpentry Foreman, you'll lead field operations while working alongside your crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

?? Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

?? Perform layouts and oversee installation of:

• Metal framing.

• Drywall.

• Exterior sheathing.

• Doors and windows.

• Flooring and trim.

?? Lead and coordinate carpenters and laborers throughout the project lifecycle.

?? Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations.

?? Inspect and repair damaged structures or framework as needed.

?? Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and site leadership.

?? Maintain compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, and company safety policies.

?? Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and utilized.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

? 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Superintendent, or similar leadership role in commercial construction.

? Experience managing and directing field crews.

? Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

? Strong knowledge of commercial framing and drywall installation.

? Proficiency with hand and power tools.

? OSHA 10 Certification.

? Commercial carpentry experience.

? Strong understanding of construction methods and best practices.

? Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

? Strong communication and leadership abilities.

? Physical ability to perform construction work in active jobsite environments.

? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $39.00/hr.
