VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring a Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator for a great company in Albuquerque.
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position the schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay for this position is $35-$40 per hour
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator to support and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment and provide secondary support for ERP and business systems. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with Microsoft 365 administration.
As a Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator you will:
Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, and permissions
Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
Support Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and role-based access
Manage Intune device enrollment, configuration, and compliance
Review security alerts, audit logs, and Secure Score recommendations
Support onboarding/offboarding and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues
Automate tasks using PowerShell or Power Automate
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and business apps
Assist with Deacom ERP user access, troubleshooting, and documentation
To Be considered for the Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator you must meet the following Requirements:
2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
Knowledge of Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC
Experience with Intune device management
Understanding of Windows environments, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support experience
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications for this position are:
Microsoft 365 or CompTIA certifications
PowerShell scripting or Power Automate experience
SharePoint site/permissions management
ERP support experience (Deacom preferred)
