Assigned task may include completing work in the following disciplines: mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other general maintenance activities./liliOrders and replaces doggie stations, liners and supplies related to each project./liliResponsible for pressure washing sidewalks, pool decks, signs, rails, light poles, benches, trash cans./liliInstalls and repairs signs. Paints signs and curbs./liliMaintains files and records of work orders and task completion using iPad./liliCleans and maintains company owned tools and equipment. Conducts routine equipment maintenance tests./liliOther duties as assigned. Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evening and 24-hour emergency on call./liliEnsure operations are carried out in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures and the workplace is a safe and clean environment./liliAssist with any maintenance operation, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements./liliParticipate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments./li/ulh2Education, Experience and Skills/h2ulliEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED./liliLicenses/Certifications: Valid Drivers License (Class B CDL preferred). Other licenses may vary according to specific site and assignments./liliTechnical: Demonstrate working knowledge of hand and power tools and measuring devices./liliTechnical: Ability to follow the manual operating instructions. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications internet. Basic knowledge of water/wastewater operations./liliCommunication: Communicates clearly professionally. Contributes to a positive internal external customer experience. Willing to help others. Maintains composure in challenging situations./liliProblem Solving Quality: Pays attention to detail.
