Method Development and Validation Research Technician I

Eurofins seeks a Research Technician I to support bioanalytical method development and validation for clinical and pharmaceutical projects. The role involves designing, executing, and transferring immunoassays and bioanalytical methods while managing documentation and collaborating with scientific leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and transfer immunoassays and bioanalytical methods including ADA, PK, Nab, MSD, ELISA, and flow cytometry
• Design, plan, and execute routine and non-routine analytical projects with guidance
• Create technical documentation including validation plans, test methods, and deviation reports
• Compile data and communicate project status to internal teams and external clients
• Apply IT systems such as ERP and LIMS as required for project management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years method development and validation experience, or Master's with 2-3 years, or Ph.D. with 0-1 year
• Experience designing, validating, and performing immunoassays
• Prior pharmaceutical, CRO, or clinical laboratory experience
• Ability to read, write, and interpret SOPs, technical reports, and protocols
• U.S. work authorization without restriction or sponsorship
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and instrumentation software
• Statistical analysis and data interpretation skills
