Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced USPTO registered Patent Agent with a focus on Chemistry for their Seattle, WA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent prosecution and client counseling. Duties Conduct patent prosecution and manage related processes. Provide client counseling and prepare legal opinions. Engage in patent office litigation, including IPR/PGR proceedings. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm. Experience in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, or Small Molecule prosecution. Active USPTO Registration Number required. Education Technical or advanced degree in Chemistry or a closely related field. Certifications USPTO registration.
