## Logistics ClerkApply: US VirtuOx Decatur: Full time: Posted Today: JR\\_053548Join ResMed's VirtuOx team as a Logistics Clerk and play an important role in keeping home sleep testing devices moving efficiently through our operation. Based on-site in Decatur, AL, you'll help ensure devices are received, prepared, programmed, shipped, and returned in excellent condition so patients can complete their testing without unnecessary delays. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality directly contribute to a reliable customer experience. You'll work closely with a collaborative team, learn multiple aspects of the operation, and help maintain the accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards that support our business and the patients we serve. ## What You'll Do* Receive incoming shipments of home testing devices and ensure inventory is processed accurately and efficiently.* Clean, sanitize, and reassemble testing devices using required PPE to maintain quality and safety standards before devices are returned to service.* Upload testing data and process accompanying documentation to support accurate recordkeeping and timely workflow completion.* Charge and program testing devices to ensure they are ready for patient use.* Prepare and ship devices while performing quality assurance checks that help reduce errors and delivery issues.* Troubleshoot shipping-related issues and help resolve transit concerns to support successful device delivery and return.* Monitor transit reports and validate addresses to improve shipping accuracy and operational efficiency.* Restock supplies and support additional operational activities as needed to help the team meet business demands. ## What You Bring* High school diploma or equivalent.* At least one year of logistics experience.* Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards.* Ability to follow established processes and instructions consistently.* Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform work that includes sitting and standing throughout the workday.* Commitment to maintaining professional personal hygiene and grooming standards in accordance with workplace safety, health, and company policies. **Nice to Have*** Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment environment.* Experience handling quality assurance or inventory-related processes.* Experience working with shipping documentation or address verification. ## What Sets You Apart* **Quality Focused** — You take pride in doing things right the first time and understand how accuracy impacts customers and the broader operation.* **Team Oriented** — You work collaboratively, support colleagues when needed, and contribute to shared goals.* **Reliable and Consistent** — You can be counted on to follow through on commitments and maintain high standards day after day.* **Adaptable Approach** — You are comfortable learning new tasks and adjusting priorities as business needs change.* **Detail Driven** — You notice small discrepancies before they become larger issues and help maintain operational excellence. ## Why Join ResMedAt ResMed, our mission is to help people live healthier, higher-quality lives through better health technology and care solutions.
