And as a Product Manager there’s never been a better time to join. What you’ll do Being a Product Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll: Support the Product team in shaping product vision, roadmaps, and priorities. Translate high-level goals into well-defined user stories and tasks. Work with engineers, operations, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment. Gather and summarise customer feedback, research, and insights to inform product decisions. Collaborate with peers to build an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing team culture. Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Relevant experience in a digital, technology, or product-related role Interest in connected devices, IoT, or digital platforms Strong communication and collaboration skills Analytical mindset; able to work with data and spot trends Familiarity with using data and research to inform decisions (e.g. Excel, GA, Looker, or equivalent tools) Where you’ll work Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
