NOW Urgently Hiring Certified Nurse Assistance (C.N.A)

Summary Statement: NPORT is seeking professional, reliable and compassionate nursing professionals dedicated to the provision of high quality patient care that adheres to federal and state regulations, and Joint Commission standards.

Skill Nursing Home Facility ALL SHIFTS Available  PAY RATE: $25/hr

LOCATION: PHILMONT NY

Shift: All Shifts available: Evenings & Overnights

• DAYS (7am-3pm)
• EVENINGS (3pm-11pm)
• OVERNIGHTS (11pm-7am)

Hire Type: Per Diem

Essential functions of Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A)

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Measure and record vital signs, and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Help patients move safely, including transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following infection-control procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members, and accurately document patient care.

Qualifications of Certified Nurse Assistance (C.N.A)

· CNA Certification

· 1 year experience Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility **Preferred**
