Regional Finance Director Florida - Asbury Automotive Group

The Regional Finance Director will be responsible for monitoring all activities of their respective region’s finance departments and communicate his or her activities to the corporate office. Work with the GMs to maximize your F&I department’s production in PVR & product penetrations. Work with the GMs to recruit staff and minimize turnover in your region. Responsible to ensure your dealerships are following all compliance policies and report any violation to the GM and corporate office.Daily and Weekly ReportingProvides schedule 2 weeks in advance outlining game plan for activities with a copy to MMD and GM’s concernedProvides a weekly report to the corporate office of activities, accomplishment and observationsChecks in with GM’s upon arrival to store to identify any concerns or needsChecks out with GM’s to report your activities, accomplishment and observations (email if unavailable)Provide a training and observation training recap via emailProvide a two week view on Outlook CalendarWill run a weekend PVR call weeklyMinimize F & I Turnover – Helps minimize departmental turnover in respective regionInitial Training of F&I staff - Ensures all new hires are trained on all company policies and that they are prepared to perform their job functions:Ensures that all of our F&I managers have completed F&I Certification Class within 60 days of entering department (2 or 5 day class)Ensures that all of our F&I managers are competent on all computer programs i.e ADP, JM&A website, Dealertrack, etc.Trains product knowledge of all company products i.e. JM&A, Protector, High Mileage VSC etc.Conduct and lead compliance and menu training on a monthly basisComplete “on-boarding checklist” with new staffOngoing Training of F&I staff – Continually improves staff’s skills & helps maximize their potential:Organizes team training through out the year (boot camp, Director meetings, all staff etc.)Role plays & trains Interview & MenuRole plays & trains Flow ChartRole plays & trains 4 Part QuestioningTrains on F&I training websiteDelivers cars with F&I managers present & sits in when they deliver dealsPerform structured assignments monthly in identified storesCompliance - Keeps company compliant will all laws and company policies:Uses audit spreadsheet for 5 deal audits identifying any issues for compliance and trainingInforms the GM and corporate office of any company policy violations.Ensures that all federal and state regulations are being followed i.e. Red Flags, OFAC, Privacy Notice, credit applications, safeguards and RBPN’sKeeps current with all HR training and any other training required for this position.Ensures that all F&I staff is Files certifiedAudit all stores in assigned market on a quarterly basis Operational Assistance - Helps dealerships personnel:Takes TO’S and helps make dealsWorks on consistent desking practicesAttends and assists at save a deal meetingsAssists with deal flow and any problem deals i.e. unresolved spots or CITsMaintains a good working relationship with our lenders and ensures we are meeting their respective expectations.Provides guidance and assistance to office personal whenever necessaryGeneral Manager Assistance – Helps General Manager evaluate & manage the F&I department:Assists with recruiting and retention of staffHelps monitor and correct any compensation issuesAssists correcting and documenting any disciplinary actionsAssists identifying and maximizing any areas of opportunityAssists General Manager monitor and correct any CSI issuesMust be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug) Pay and Recognition:Weekly payPaid holidays & paid time offPaid trainingStock Awards(select management and front-line team member’s eligible!)Insurance / Retirement:Insurance: medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity plansUp to 8 weeks paid pregnancy leave (disability leave)Health savingsFlex spending accounts (tax free)Short-term and Long-term disability plansLife Insurance (Whole Life and Term)401k with company matchLearning, Tuition Assistance and Career Development:Digital career path tool to assist with career developmentContinuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management SystemProfessional growth and development opportunitiesAdditional advantages:Employee assistance programEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts and service repairsScholarship awardsOpportunities to join our community service initiativesAggressive Employee referral program with bonus opportunitiesINDTOPJobFamilyF and IPayTypeSalary
